The activities of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) are non-judicial and aim to facilitate amicable dispute resolution, which requires the willingness of both parties — the trader and the consumer — to reach a settlement.

ECC Poland is not competent to handle claims for interest, apologies or compensation for non-material damage.

The services provided by ECC Poland are completely free of charge.
