line-height: 1.15 !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important; margin-top: 0px !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">What is an Off-Premises Contract?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Google Sans Text', sans-serif !important; line-height: 1.15 !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">An off-premises contract is agreed:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-inline-start: 32px; font-family: 'Google Sans Text', sans-serif !important; line-height: 1.15 !important; margin-top: 0px !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important; margin-top: 0px !important;\">\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Outside regular business premises in the physical presence of both parties (e.g., at your home or during a sales event at a hotel).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important; margin-top: 0px !important;\">\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">In a shop or online immediately after you were personally approached outside (e.g., invited from the street into a store).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important; margin-top: 0px !important;\">\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\">During a promotional excursion organised by the trader.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"line-height: 1.15 !important;
